STRATEGIC PARTNER SEARCH
A major commercial vendor commissioned the examination of 35 plus firms for strategic acquisition, merger or potential partnership. Fields of information included own history and location, types of services provided, existing permits, acceptance criteria, commercial availability, volumes of waste managed (current and projected), revenues (current and projected) contracts, partnerships, mergers, liabilities and an overall evaluation of the firm's future potential for growth. Report also included personal recommendations for the best candidates for strategic mergers, acquisitions and/or partnerships.
